The key to extraordinary truffles is using the best ingredients in the proper proportions. With The Truffle Kit, we’ve done the hard part for you! This convenient kit packages fine Belgian chocolate and pure, natural flavorings—just add fresh cream and follow the instructions to create delicately flavored, soft-centered truffles that are truly extraordinary.
The Truffle Kit contains all of the ingredients, except the fresh cream, to make about 2 dozen truffles. These truffles can be made with common utensils that are readily available in most kitchens. However, we find that scooping and rolling the truffles is easier with a 1-inch ice cream-style scoop, available at kitchen supply stores. It's so easy!
